Amazing historical colors make this a great display piece.
There is discoloration throughout as is common for a quilt this age. I feel it adds to the charm and authenticity of the piece. It has only one spot of wear (see photos of the small hole near the border)
The quilt is very heavy.
I have hand-laundered this piece (that was a chore!) and dried it in the fresh air and sunshine.

Made to Order Christmas Tree Skirts
Choose your quilt, size, and binding
This listing is for a custom (made to order) Christmas tree skirt.
You are placing a deposit in order to secure the quilt pictured in this listing.
Once your Christmas Tree Skirt is completed, I’ll contact you and the remainder of the balance will be due.
You may add Christmas stockings or quilted trees on antique spindles for a reduced rate (made from the same quilt as your tree skirt).
I will reduce the price as it saves me shipping costs.
You can choose from the following sizes:

I will also ask you about your color choice for binding.
Each skirt will be bound and will have 3 soft ties for closure.
